The project consists of an approximately 90,000 Sqft. tri-level building with concrete walls and floors, heavy excavation and soils export, shoring and soils stabilization. City working hours must be considered and adhered to along with approved transportation routes. Under floor cooling system, coordination with existing facilities for central plant tie-ins, routings and operational interruptions. Multiple elevators and large amounts of concrete hardscape, parking lot improvements and pedestrian passage way interruptions which will require coordination with staff to accommodate students and facilities.
